Real estate video has two jobs: show the property and sell the life. We do both. Gimbal walkthroughs that glide from room to room, drone reveals of the site and the view, and lifestyle scenes with real people on the deck, in the kitchen and on the water.
The Alexandria Bay waterfront film and the Lake Ontario Realty founder story are both on this site. One is a 52 second listing film with a gym, a dock and a drone reveal. The other is a four minute brokerage story that a team can cut into months of social content.
Agents and brokerages usually book The Shoot per property. Developers and hospitality groups launching a project book The Campaign, so the film comes with a landing page and the automation that turns viewers into showings.
Where we shoot

How much does a real estate video cost?
A listing or property film shot in one day with a cinema camera and drone is $3,000 at First Studios. That covers a 60 to 90 second landscape film or three vertical clips, graded and delivered in 10 business days.
Do you fly drones for real estate?
Yes, wherever it is legal to fly. Drone coverage is included in The Campaign and The Production and available as an add-on to The Shoot.
Can you film a brokerage or a development, not just a listing?
