who we are
First Million Views and First Studios are run by First Client LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”). You can reach us by text at 941-224-9479 or by email at alex@firstmillionviews.com.
what we collect
what you send us
- Texts, calls, emails and Instagram messages. Your phone number or handle, your name if you give it, and what you write.
- The First Studios inquiry form. Your name, email, company, project type, market, preferred date and message.
- The email form on our guides. Your email address and the guide you signed up from.
what the site records on its own
- Google Analytics. The pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies. Google signals is off, so this isn’t tied to your Google account for advertising.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard request data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
how we use it
- To answer you, follow up on what you asked about, and do the work you hire us for.
- To see which pages and posts bring people to the site, and improve them.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We don’t sell your personal information.
who we share it with
Only the services that run the site and our business: Netlify (hosting), Google (Analytics and email) and Web3Forms (which delivers form submissions to our inbox). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold.
cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works without cookies. If you’d rather we didn’t follow up with you, tell us and we’ll stop.
how long we keep it
We keep messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep business records. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text or email us and we’ll respond promptly, within the time the law requires. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, the EU or the UK), you may have more rights under local law, and you can use them the same way.
children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
security
The site is served over HTTPS, and only we can see what you send us. No way of storing or sending data is perfectly secure.
changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
